Steven J. Weber, L.A.D.C.: Steven J. Weber is the owner and operator of Accurate Testing, Inc. has been in the field of Chemical Dependency counseling since 1980. Mr. Weber has designed and implemented several successful outpatient treatment programs including Adolescent Lifeworks Family of Origin, Outpatient Family Program for La Hacienda in Houston Texas, and Step by Step Outpatient Adult Chemical Dependency Program. Mr. Weber has spent a majority of his career in the role as a Director of chemical dependency units and service programs in Texas and has provided training to a multitude of professionals working in the field of chemical dependency. He holds a Minnesota and Texas license in Alcohol and Drug Counseling and is certified by the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Texas as a Chemical Dependency Counselor.

Kevin Kelly, M.S.W., LICSW: Kevin Kelly is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a private psychotherapy practice in St Paul MN. For the past several years he has also been an instructor for the DWI/DWC educational classes put on by Accurate Testing. Kevin has previously delivered programming to corrections clients as a social worker in a juvenile correctional facility, and has worked as a counselor in an outpatient substance abuse treatment program. Kevin Kelly holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. rooted in evidence based practices.

Jill Besong, B.A.: Jill Besong has been working in the field of Social Services for twelve years working with clients with chemical health and child protection issues. Ms. Besong spends time assessing the individual needs of her clients and then monitors their progress as they reach their personal goals of success. In addition to her work as a social worker she also facilitates DWC/DWI educational classes. and aides in the facilitation of Level I and Level II DWI classes. Ms. Besong is trained in Chemical Dependency Core, Uses of Methamphetamines, Dependency and Native Culture and Mental Health and Substance Abuse. Jill Besong holds a B.A from the University of Minnesota.

Sandra Yang, B.A.: Sandra Yang has a background of working closely with the Hmong community in a variety of aspects since 1995. She is one of the facilitators that teachers level one and two Driving with Care classes for the Hmong community. She is bilingual speaker in Hmong and English. She has earned her bachelor's degree from Metropolitan State University. Sandra is in the process of pursuing her master's in Marriage and Family Counseling. Sandra has devoted her time to help and encourage women in shelters by teaching them how to crochet and knit. Sandra has ten years experiences working with juveniles in treatment facilities. She has started a restorative justice program where she taught juveniles to knit and crochet hats and blankets. In 2008 they donated 200 knitted newborn baby hats to Africa, 50 blankets, and 400 hats for Health Partners. From 1998 to 2001, she was part of a pilot program for the department of natural resource as a liaison between the department and Hmong community, she helped educate the community with the laws and regulation for hunting and fishing.
